Q:I followed Mosley past the market place, and suddently get "mission failed". What happened?
A:You failed one of the objectives. Don't follow Mosley after she dropped the letter. Pick up the letter and read it. Drop it where you found it, hide in a shadow nearby and wait who's looking for the letter. Once the Guards have had their conversation, somebody will show up... follow that person.
